Mills Family Farms Cantonese Chicken
& Iceberg Lettuce Cups
Using Mills Family Farms Wholeaves® Iceberg Lettuce

Serves 8
Ingredients:
24 Mills Family Farms Iceberg Lettuce Cups
2 T. Canola Oil
1 T. Sesame Oil
1 # Minced Chicken Meat
1 T. Minced Ginger Root
1 T. Minced Garlic
4 T. Soy Sauce
2 T. Sambal Chili Sauce
2 T. Hoisen Sauce
2 T. Honey
1 C. Minced Scallions
In Large Non Stick sauté pan heat oils, add ginger and garlic, sauté 1 minute. Add minced Chicken meat and sauté 5 minutes over high heat, Drain off excess moisture created during cooking process. Add to chicken mixture the Soy, Sambal and Hoisen sauces, as well as honey. Sauté 5 minutes longer and remove from heat, add minced Scallions. You may serve this Mixture Immediately in Mills Family Farms Iceberg lettuce cups or coll the mixture off and reheat at a later time.
Serve lettuce Cups for a Party by serving the Cantonese Chicken Stir Fry mix in a large bowl surrounded by the crisp and refreshing Mills Family Farms Iceberg Lettuce Cups.

Mango Chili Sauce :
1 C. Mango Puree
4 T. Honey
1 T. Rice Vinegar
2 T. Sambal Sauce
In a medium Sauce Pan heat together all of the above ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce by ¼ and your ready to serve. Drizzle over Mills Family Farms Cantonese Chicken & Iceberg Lettuce Cups and enjoy!
