Using Mills Family Farms Wholeaves® Romaine Hearts

Mills Family Farms Wholeaves® romaine hearts
2 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup basil, chopped fine
2 anchovies, chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1 T capers
Dash salt
Fresh ground pepper
Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
Fill each leaf with a generous spoonful of tomato mixture. Arrange on platter, sprinkle with cheese.
