Chefs cheered Mills Family Farms this week for its Wholeaves® brand of lettuce. The American Culinary Institute gave the product its Best of Class Award after several rounds of taste tests.

"This award supports our commitment to bringing the best tasting quality products to the professional food-service industry," said James L. Mills, the company's senior vice president. He said the company is "extremely pleased to know that chefs agree we have the best tasting leaf lettuce on the market."
