Mills Sweeps Taste Awards

The
National Board of the American Tasting Institute awarded Mills Family
Farms Wholeaves® with its highest award for taste in the Foodservice
Whole Leaf Lettuce Category for Romaine, Romaine Hearts, Green Leaf
and Red Leaf .
A prestigious panel of professional chefs blindly judged several
entries in the Whole Leaf Lettuce category and found Mills Family
Farms Wholeaves® to be superior in taste, appearance, freshness
and overall impression.
Mills Family Farms, grower and shipper of Great Northern Wholeaves®,
will be presented with the Gold Medal Taste Award for all the Whole
Leaf Lettuce categories at Carnegie Hall on April. James Mills,
senior vice president, and David Mills, senior vice president, will
be present to accept the award.
